From Nov.10 to 17, the Rouen medical delegation headed by Deputy Mayor paid a visit to Ningbo and held talks with several hospitals of the city. In Ningbo, the delegation also met with Deputy Mayor Zhang Minghua and visited Ningbo Museum and Tianyi Pavilion.
