In order to promote the friendly exchanges of youth between Chinese and UK cities, the delegation of 22 students from the Nottingham Confucius Institute at the University of Nottingham, the UK was invited to visit Ningbo from April 15 to 16.

During their stay in Ningbo, the young students attended the celebration event of the 20th anniversary of the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC), visited the Li Dak Sum Incubator in UNNC, viewed the Robin Hood statue presented to Ningbo by Nottingham, and experienced the traditional woodblock printing techniques. Besides, the delegation also visited the Tianyige Museum, Nantang Old Street, and Zoumatang Village. UK students gained a deeper affection for Ningbo and China by participating in a wide range of activities.

 

 

Nottingham, the UK is one of Ningbo's international friendship cities, and the two cities established the relationship officially in 2005.
