With the aim of providing quality reception services for distinguished foreign guests attending the 4^th China-CEEC Expo, Ningbo Foreign Affairs Office held a coordination meeting on the morning of May 9 to discuss the arrival and departure services of Ningbo Lishe International Airport. Heads of Ningbo Airport Customs, Ningbo Airport Immigration Inspection Station, the Secret Service Department of the Ningbo Municipal Public Security Bureau, Ningbo Airport Group and the Ningbo Airport VIP Service Company attended the meeting.

According to the meeting, a large number of high-level guests from Central and Eastern European countries will visit Ningbo to attend the upcoming 4^th China-CEEC Expo. All institutions involved in reception services are expected to work closely together to ensure thorough preparations for VIP airport services, customs clearance, and security arrangements. The goal is to deliver arrival and departure services that are warm, attentive, professional, efficient, safe, and reliable.

During the meeting, the Ningbo Foreign Affairs Office provided the latest information on the upcoming arrivals and departures of distinguished foreign guests at Ningbo Lishe International Airport, introduced the support plan for related services, and addressed relevant questions. The participating institutions, based on their respective duties, also offered detailed operational suggestions on issues such as arrival and departure procedures, channel arrangements, reception protocols and emergency response.

Next, all relevant institutions will further enhance overall coordination and information sharing, and ensure the thorough and detailed implementation of support measures, thereby providing strong backing for the successful hosting of the upcoming 4^th China-CEEC Expo.
