With the aim of providing quality reception services for distinguished foreign guests attending the upcoming 4th China-CEEC Expo, the Ningbo Foreign Affairs Office held a special training session on the morning of May 12. Targeted primarily at chauffeurs involved in foreign affairs tasks, the seminar focused on discipline and protocol of foreign affairs work, as well as safe driving practices, thereby contributing to a comprehensive improvement in services for foreign guests. 
The Department of Public Security of Zhejiang Province delivered a lesson on driving safety for chauffeurs tasked with receiving foreign guests. The lesson outlined job responsibilities and work discipline, illustrated key points with real-life case studies, and emphasized the importance of adhering to safety protocol. The Ningbo Foreign Affairs Office provided an overview of the upcoming 4th China-CEEC Expo. In the near future, a large number of foreign guests from various Central and Eastern European countries will visit Ningbo to attend the event, and transportation services will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth reception throughout the Expo. Therefore, the lesson emphasized that chauffeurs must adhere to regulations on professional attire and conduct, observe discipline and protocol of foreign affairs work, and represent the image of Ningbo with a strong sense of responsibility. Next, rehearsals will be conducted for chauffeurs to ensure reliable support for foreign guest reception during the Expo.
